Details
The summary statistics are calculated for each SNP in the sample and include the following:
beta_g_x
: The beta coefficient of the simple linear regression of between the SNPg
and the exposurex
beta_se_g_x
: The standard error ofbeta_g_x
p_value_g_x
: The p-value ofbeta_g_x
f_statistic_g_x
: The F-statistic ofbeta_g_x
r2_g_x
: The R-squared of the simple linear regression of between the SNPg
and the exposurex
beta_g_y
: The beta coefficient of the simple linear regression of between the SNPg
and the outcomey
